As far as ARMs go, 5 year loans at Suntrust are coming out at 2.250% showing an APR of 2.928%. 7 year ARM loans can be had for 2.400% today and APR of 2.912%.
Standard 30 year fixed rate mortgage interest rates at US Bankcorp (NYSE:USB) have been offered at 3.250% yielding an APR of 3.421% today. The typically lower FHA 30 year loans start at 3.250% yielding an APR of 3.791%. The jumbo options for the 30 year loans are listed at 3.625% with an APR of 3.768%.
The short term, popular 15 year fixed rate loans have been quoted at 2.500% and an APR of 2.803% today.
The FHA version of the 15 year fixed rate mortgages have been published at 2.750% yielding an APR of 3.433%. The Jumbo 15 year fixed rate mortgages are being offered for 2.750% and APR of 3.000% today.
ARM interest rates in the 3 year category have been listed at 3.250% today yielding an APR of 3.600% to start. In the ARM arena, 5 year loans stand at 2.875% at US Bank carrying an APR of 3.420%.
