Is Samsung preparing to surprise us all with an early Galaxy Note 3 release date following MWC 2013?
There’s still an almighty question mark hovering over the head of Samsung’s intentions for this year’s Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. On one had we’re all but sure that the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 will be the star of the shoe for the South Korean firm, but on the other hand we’re told an even bigger combatant could steal the spotlight in the form of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3.
The question is, and assuming both Tabphones are destined to debut the company’s new octa-core Exynos processor, would it make sense to lavish both upon the world at the same time, or spread things out with a Note 3 unveil and launch shortly after MWC?
In realistic terms the latter is far more feasible, but then we’ve also got to factor in talk of an earlier than expected Galaxy S4 release date now tipped for March 15th.
All in all, exciting stuff ahead for Samsung Galaxy fans and general Android aficionados the world over.
With regard to specs and features, all we know so far about the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is that its creators have no intention of spilling the beans ahead of time and therefore it’s once again up to the trusty rumor mill to paint a picture for the rest of us.
As stated above, the Galaxy Note 3 is almost guaranteed to launch with a 1.8GHz octa-core processor, backed by 2GB of RAM, a 3300mAh battery, 13-megapixel camera, 64GB of storage and a stunning 6.3-inch 1080p edge-to-edge display coated with Corning Gorilla Glass 2. And of course, a suitably eye-watering price-tag which is only appealing for the way in which it will probably make the current Galaxy Note 2 look like an absolute bargain!
Still, every penny well spent…if you ask us.
