The benchmark 30 year loan interest rates at Chase Bank (NYSE:JPM) can be had for 3.250% today and an APR of 3.350%.  The short term, popular 15 year FRMs are on the books at 2.875% and APR of 3.054%.

ARMs in the 5 year category have been published at 2.750% at Chase with a starting APR of 3.063%.  7 year ARMs have been published at 2.875% currently yielding an APR of 3.070% to start.
