5 year ARMs have been quoted at 2.625% at Chase Bank and APR of 3.003%. ARMs in the 7 year category have been published at 2.875% today with an APR of 3.048%.
30 year refinance loan interest rates start at 3.625% at Chase Bank and APR of 3.676%. The shorter term 15 year refi FRM interest rates start at 2.750% and APR of 2.875%. As far as ARMs go, 5 year refi deals at Chase Bank have been listed at 2.500%. and APR of 2.951%. 7 year refinance ARMs have been published at 2.750% today with an APR of 2.991%.
The best 30 year fixed rate mortgages stand at 3.375% at Citi Mortgage (NYSE:C) yielding an APR of 3.530%. Popular 15 year FRMs start at 2.625% at the bank today carrying an APR of 2.953%.
The benchmark 30 year refinance loan interest rates at Citi Mortgage start at 3.500% and an APR of 3.640%. 15 year refi fixed rate mortgages have been listed at 2.750% and APR of 3.070% today.
