Buyers on the market for the cheapest Samsung Galaxy S4 in the UK aren’t exactly spoilt for choice, but we’ve picked up on at least one option that isn’t quite as disastrously painful as the rest. For those not wanting to be tied down for donkey’s years or hand over their worldly savings all in one go for an unlocked Galaxy S4, an 18-month contract at £36 per month is about as cheap as it’s going to get for a while.
The cheap (ish) Galaxy S4 comes courtesy of Orange via Dialaphone, which will set you back £39 for the phone itself and then a further £36 every month. Add all the bits and pieces together and you have yourself a Samsung Galaxy S4 from the day of launch for a very reasonable £687 all-in.
Not bad when you consider the fact that the unlocked Galaxy S4 will sell outright for £580, without so much as a scrap of data or talk time.
Speaking of which, the deal with Orange Panther 41 means that those signing up will enjoy unlimited text messages, 600 minutes of call time and a sizeable 1GB of data each month. There’s also unlimited data allowance for use on the London Underground network and plenty of other deals to revel in, like the Orange Wednesdays cinema promotion.
All in all, you’re looking at probably the sweetest Samsung Galaxy S4 deal on the planet so far.
UK retailers have confirmed the Samsung Galaxy S4 release date as April 26th, with preorders having already opened and got off to a blistering start. Not surprisingly really considering the specs and features of the S4 – a 1.9GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 600, 2GB of RAM, 5-inch HD display and 13-megapixel camera leading the charge to name but a few.
Sure we’d have liked to see the Exynos 5 octa-core processor make an appearance, but chances are most of us wouldn’t be able to tell the difference anyway.
