The benchmark 30 year loans are on the books at 3.125% at US Bankcorp (NYSE:USB) carrying an APR of 3.345% today. That is a really aggressive rate that will most likely go higher this week if congress gets the fiscal cliff figured out.
The lower FHA 30 year mortgage loans are on the books at 3.250% yielding an APR of 3.791%. The typically higher interest jumbo 30 year loans at the bank have been listed at 3.750% with an APR of 3.894%.
30 year VA fixed rate mortgage interest rates are 3.375% yielding an APR of 3.698%.
Popular 15 year fixed rate loans at the bank stand at 2.375% and APR of 2.713% today.
15 year FHA fixed rate mortgages are on the books at 2.750% and APR of 3.433% today. 15 year Jumbo FRMs have been listed at 2.750% today with an APR of 3.000%. VA 15 year interest rates stand at 2.750% and APR of 3.323%. 10 year loan interest rates are listed at 2.250% at the bank and an APR of 2.820%. The 3 year ARM loans are being offered for 2.875% currently with a starting APR of 3.515%. The 5 year ARM loans are being quoted at 2.625% at US Bankcorp yielding an APR of 3.332% at the beginning of the loan.
